Summary
This study tested an online platform called LifeBio Memory that helps people with dementia and their caregivers share and record life stories. The platform uses machine learning to turn speech into text, making it easier to create personalized life story materials. 234 residents, staff, and family members from nursing homes took part. The goal was to see if this tool could improve mood, quality of life, and communication for people with dementia.
