Peptide and laser combo shows promise for healing early tooth decay

This study tested whether a self-assembly peptide, with or without laser treatment, can help remineralize (repair) early cavities. Thirty adults with active early decay were treated and monitored for one year. The goal was to see if these approaches could reverse the early damage and prevent cavities from getting worse.
