Summary
This study tests a new training method for people who have lost part of their vision (homonymous hemianopia or quadrantanopia) to help them scan more effectively while driving. Sixteen participants will use reminder cues to practice making larger head scans toward their blind side. The goal is to see if this training improves their ability to detect hazards at intersections.
