Summary

This study tests a drug called remibrutinib in teenagers aged 12 to 17 who have chronic spontaneous urticaria (hives that come and go for no clear reason) that isn't controlled by antihistamines. About 100 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks, with an option to continue treatment for up to 3 more years. The goal is to see if the drug reduces itching and hives better than a placebo.
