Summary

This study tests a new drug called remibrutinib in teens aged 12 to 17 who have chronic hives that don't get better with standard allergy pills. The goal is to see if the drug reduces itching and hives better than a placebo. Participants will take the drug or placebo for 24 weeks, and may continue in a longer safety follow-up for up to 3 years.
