Summary
This study tests a new drug called TLL-018 in 440 adults with moderate-to-severe chronic hives (chronic spontaneous urticaria) that aren't controlled by standard antihistamines. Participants receive either TLL-018 or a placebo for 12 weeks to see if it reduces itching and hives better than placebo. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people who still suffer despite current medications.
