Summary
This study follows about 3,280 adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (long-lasting hives with no clear trigger) to see how well remibrutinib works in real-world clinics. Participants either stay on standard antihistamines or switch to remibrutinib, based on their doctor's decision. Researchers will track hive control and side effects for 24 months to understand the drug's everyday effectiveness and safety.
