Summary
This study aims to see if a new online food questionnaire can accurately measure what people eat, especially FODMAPs (certain carbs that can cause digestive issues). Researchers will compare the questionnaire to a standard 4-day food diary in 400 adults, including people with and without Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). They will also look at how diet relates to IBS symptoms and physical activity levels.
