Can simple relaxation ease pregnancy insomnia?

Summary
This study is testing whether a simple relaxation program can help pregnant women who have trouble falling or staying asleep. Researchers will enroll 20 pregnant participants who report insomnia. They will use a sleep diary and questionnaires to see if the relaxation practice improves their sleep quality over 60 days.
