Summary
This study looks at whether progressive relaxation exercises and planned education can help menopausal women reduce their symptoms, stress, and anxiety. About 144 women going through menopause will take part. They will learn relaxation techniques and receive education, and researchers will measure changes in stress, anxiety, and menopause symptoms using standard questionnaires.
