Summary
This study tested a new drug called REL-1017 as an add-on treatment for adults with major depression who did not get enough help from standard antidepressants. The trial was stopped early after enrolling only 27 participants. The main goal was to measure changes in depression symptoms using a standard rating scale over 28 days.
