Summary

This study tested whether Reiki, a gentle touch therapy, could help patients feel better after surgery for colorectal cancer. Researchers worked with 64 patients to see if Reiki could reduce their pain and anxiety, improve their vital signs, and help them recover faster. The goal was to provide nurses with evidence-based tools to support patients during a difficult recovery period.
