Summary
This study is testing whether a computer-based brain training program called RehaCom Online is acceptable and feasible for young stroke survivors (aged 18-65) who are working toward returning to work. Participants will use the program for at least 30 minutes, twice a week, for five weeks, alongside their usual occupational therapy. The study will measure engagement, thinking skills, and perceived work readiness to see if this approach is promising for a larger future trial.

For stroke participants: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Ages 18-65 (working age) 2. Score of 12 or more on a specific test of thinking called Behavioural Assessment of Dysexecutive Syndrome (BADS) 3. Referred to NHS based services with a goal to return to work 4. Can do assessments in English and use a computer 5. Have a stable internet connection to access training Exclusion Criteria: 1. Have seizures 2. Have vision problems specific to stroke 3. Have trouble understanding English language due to their stroke symptoms 4. Lack capacity to provide consent for participation Inclusion and Exclusion criteria for Occupational Therapy Clinician participants: Working in participating community rehabilitation services for stroke and willing to be involved in this study.
