This study tests whether deep friction massage can reduce muscle stiffness in the thigh (quadriceps) of people who had a stroke 1 to 6 months ago. Thirty adults will either receive the massage plus standard physiotherapy, or physiotherapy alone. Researchers will measure changes in spasticity, leg movement, and mobility to see if the massage adds any benefit.
