Summary
This study tests two rehabilitation methods—functional electrical stimulation (using mild electrical pulses) and mirror therapy (using visual feedback)—to help people who had a stroke within the last 6 months improve foot clearance and walking. 38 adults aged 18-85 will receive one of the therapies plus routine physical therapy for 4 weeks. The goal is to see which approach better improves leg movement and daily activities.
