Can exercise rebuild strength for lung cancer patients?

Summary
This study aims to find the best way to measure if rehabilitation helps people with advanced lung cancer whose disease is stable after treatment. About 63 participants will join a 3-month physical activity program. Researchers will check if the program improves their quality of life, hand strength, and ability to stand up from a chair.
