Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, REGN4336 and REGN5678, in men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has worsened despite prior treatment. The first part finds safe doses, and the second part checks how well the combination shrinks tumors. About 228 participants will be enrolled.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
- Active substance
- REGN4336 and REGN5678 (bispecific antibodies)
- What this could lead to
- If successful, this could provide a new treatment option for men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard therapies.
- What could go wrong
- This is an early-phase trial (Phase 1/2) with a small number of participants, so the drugs may not prove effective or may cause unexpected side effects. Results may not apply to all patients.
