Summary

This study tests two experimental drugs, REGN4336 and REGN5678, for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer that has worsened after prior treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 228 participants will take part in two phases: first to determine dosing, then to measure effectiveness.
