This study tested whether foot reflexology (a type of massage) can help stroke patients with pain, sleep, and vital signs like blood pressure. 70 stroke patients were split into two groups: one received 12 reflexology sessions over 6 weeks plus usual care, the other got usual care only. Researchers measured pain, sleep quality, and physiological changes before and after the treatment period.
