This study tests whether a short animated video and flyer, available in English and Spanish, can help patients collect cleaner urine samples. Contaminated samples often lead to wrong diagnoses and unnecessary antibiotics, which fuels antibiotic resistance. About 252 adults in primary care clinics will be randomly assigned to watch the video or receive usual care, and researchers will compare contamination rates and antibiotic prescriptions.
