This study looks at whether people with advanced head and neck cancer who had a good response to chemo-immunotherapy before surgery can safely avoid low-dose radiation to the neck afterward. The goal is to maintain cancer control while reducing side effects and improving quality of life. About 50 participants will be followed for two years to see if the cancer returns in the neck area.
