First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study looks at whether people with advanced head and neck cancer who had a good response to chemo-immunotherapy before surgery can safely receive less radiation afterward. About 50 participants will be followed for two years to see if the cancer stays away and if their quality of life improves. The goal is to reduce side effects without lowering the chance of cure.
