Summary
This trial tests whether using insecticidal paint on latrines or a larvicide to kill fly larvae can lower the number of diarrhoea cases in refugee camps. About 5,676 children under 5 and adults over 15 will take part. The goal is to see if reducing filth flies also reduces the spread of diarrhoeal germs.
