Summary
This study aims to see if giving atropine, a common medication, before chemotherapy can prevent severe diarrhea in patients with advanced breast cancer. It will involve about 30 patients who are receiving a specific chemotherapy drug called sacituzumab govitecan. The main goal is to improve patients' tolerance to treatment by managing this difficult side effect.
