Summary

This study looks at whether people with early HER2-positive or triple-negative breast cancer who had a complete response to treatment before surgery can safely receive less therapy after surgery. Participants have no cancer DNA detected in their blood. The goal is to maintain the good response while reducing side effects. About 120 adults are taking part in this phase II trial.
