Can patients take fewer shots and stay well? trial tests spacing out biologic doses

NCT ID NCT07187583

Summary

This study is testing if patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can safely take their biologic medicines (dupilumab or mepolizumab) less frequently. About 135 adults in Denmark who are already stable on these drugs will try extending the time between doses from 4 weeks to 6 or 8 weeks. The goal is to see if they can maintain good control of their symptoms while receiving fewer injections over a year.
