Summary

This study is for people with a type of head and neck cancer that has come back or spread. It tests whether using only 4 cycles of chemotherapy (instead of the usual 6) together with the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab can still control the cancer while causing fewer side effects. About 86 participants will receive this combination as their first treatment for advanced disease.
