Summary
This study tests whether checking cholesterol often and quickly adjusting medication helps people with heart disease reach their cholesterol goals. About 1000 adults with high cholesterol and heart disease will be followed for a year. The goal is to see if this active approach lowers bad cholesterol more effectively than usual care.
