Summary
This study tests whether people with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, or axial spondyloarthritis who are doing well on a JAK inhibitor can safely lower their dose without losing disease control. About 200 participants will either follow a guided dose-reduction plan or continue their current dose. The goal is to see if the lower-dose approach is just as effective at keeping the disease under control over 12 months.
