NCT ID NCT07155356
First seen Jun 26, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 26, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether shining red and blue light on surgical wounds can help them heal faster after perianal abscess surgery. 222 adults will be split into three groups: standard care, standard care plus red light, or standard care plus both red and blue light. Researchers will measure wound healing time, pain, and complications to see if light therapy offers any extra benefit.
