Summary

This study is for people with early-stage breast cancer that has spread to a few lymph nodes. Researchers want to see if a genetic test called RecurIndex can identify who can safely avoid radiation to the lymph nodes without increasing the chance of cancer coming back. About 540 participants will be followed to compare outcomes between those who get standard radiation and those who skip it based on their test results.
