Summary

This study tests whether a short course of radiation followed by chemotherapy and two immunotherapy drugs can help people with a certain type of locally advanced rectal cancer avoid surgery and keep their rectum. About 116 adults aged 18-75 with MSS or pMMR rectal cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the cancer disappears completely and how often the rectum can be preserved.
