Summary
This study tests two different radiation schedules (long vs short) combined with chemotherapy and immunotherapy in people with a specific type of locally advanced rectal cancer (MSS type). The goal is to see which approach leads to more complete tumor disappearance and helps more patients avoid permanent colostomy. About 138 adults aged 18-75 with no prior cancer treatment will participate.
