First seen Nov 21, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tested a technique called remote ischemic conditioning in 180 adults with septic shock. The goal was to see if this simple procedure could reduce the severity of organ failure, a common and deadly complication of septic shock.
