Summary

This study tests a procedure called ReCET for people with type 2 diabetes and fatty liver disease who haven't had good blood sugar control with pills. The procedure uses electrical pulses to treat the lining of the small intestine. The goal is to see if it can improve blood sugar and liver health over 24 months. About 40 adults will take part.
