Summary
This study tests a new catheter device designed to remove blockages in leg veins caused by chronic venous obstruction. About 20 adults with symptoms like swelling or pain will receive the treatment. The main goals are to see if the device is safe (no serious problems within 30 days) and effective (how much it opens the vein during the procedure). Patients will be followed for one year.
