New device aims to restore blood flow in chronic vein blockages

Summary
This study tests a new catheter system designed to remove blockages in leg veins caused by old blood clots. About 20 adults with painful swelling or pain from chronic vein blockages will receive the treatment. The main goals are to ensure the procedure is safe and to check if it successfully opens the vein by at least 50% during the procedure. Participants will be followed for one year.
