Dutch researchers to test if blockbuster obesity drug lives up to hype in real life

Summary
This study will check how much weight people lose after six months on tirzepatide combined with lifestyle coaching in real-world Dutch clinics. Researchers will look at medical records of 1700 adults with obesity (BMI 30+ or 27+ with related health issues) who haven't had prior obesity treatment. The goal is to see if the impressive results from earlier trials hold up in everyday practice.
