This study watches how men with a certain advanced prostate cancer (mCRPC) do when taking the drugs olaparib and abiraterone in everyday medical practice. It will track about 250 patients for up to 2 years to see how long they stay on treatment and what happens next. The goal is to learn more about real-world results, not to test a new treatment.
