First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a procedure called renal denervation (RDN) helps Medicare patients with hard-to-control high blood pressure achieve better long-term results. Researchers will compare patients who received RDN plus standard care to those who received standard care alone, using existing health records. The goal is to see if RDN leads to lower blood pressure and fewer heart problems over two years.
