This study collects information from medical records of 700 Canadian men with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (mHSPC). Researchers want to see how doctors actually combine treatments like hormone therapy, newer drugs, or chemotherapy in everyday practice. No new treatments or changes to care are given—only existing data is reviewed.
