Summary

This study follows 1,000 people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) in France to see how they are actually treated in everyday clinics, not just in controlled trials. Researchers will track which therapies patients receive, in what order, and how that affects their long-term survival and side effects. The goal is to learn from real-world experience to guide better treatment decisions.
