Researchers track Real-Life use of approved leukemia drug
NCT ID NCT06170671
Summary
This study aims to understand how well the drug acalabrutinib works for chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) in everyday Romanian medical practice, outside of controlled clinical trials. It will follow 250 adult patients who started the drug in 2023 or 2024, collecting their treatment data for up to three years. The main goal is to see how long patients stay on the treatment and why they might stop, to better understand its real-world effectiveness and use.
