Summary

This study tests a new smartphone app and continuous glucose monitor in 30 young adults aged 16-24 who were diagnosed with type 2 diabetes before age 18. Participants wear a glucose monitor and Fitbit for 30 days, answer surveys, and give feedback on health messages. The goal is to see if the app is easy to use and to learn how to better support diabetes management in this group.
