New trick helps blind spots read again

Summary

This study tests a way to help people with central vision loss from age-related macular degeneration read more easily. Researchers will move missing text to a different part of the visual field and measure reading speed and errors. About 108 participants will take part, including those with vision loss and healthy volunteers with simulated blind spots.
