Summary

This pilot study tests a new 8-week program for 20 adults with paraplegia who use manual wheelchairs. The program includes activity trackers, education, goal setting, coaching, peer support, and exercise tools to help reduce sitting time. Researchers will check if the program is safe, acceptable, and can improve markers of heart disease risk.
