Summary

This study tests a text-message tool designed to help Latino adults with type 2 diabetes take their medication regularly. About 70 participants will use the tool for a few months to see if it is easy to use and helps them manage their diabetes better. The goal is to find a simple, scalable way to reduce diabetes complications in this community.
