New drug trial hopes to shrink lung tumors

Summary
This early-stage trial tests an experimental drug called RC148 in 121 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The drug is given alone or with other treatments to see if it can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants must be in fairly good health (ECOG 0-1) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
