Summary
This early-stage study tests a new eye ointment called RC017 in 24 healthy adults to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. The ointment is being developed to treat dry eye disease. Participants will receive either the ointment or a placebo, and researchers will monitor for side effects and measure drug levels in the blood.
