Summary

This Phase 2 study tested the drug ravulizumab (Ultomiris) in 123 adults with lupus nephritis or IgA nephropathy, two conditions that cause kidney inflammation. Participants received either ravulizumab or a placebo alongside standard care. The study aimed to see if the drug could reduce protein in the urine, a sign of kidney damage.
