New hope for kids with tough leukemia: drug combo shows promise

Summary
This study tests a combination of two drugs, venetoclax and navitoclax, in children whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia has come back or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if this combination can clear the leukemia from the bone marrow better than standard treatments. About 35 children will take part, and the study also looks at adding other drugs based on the type of leukemia.
