Summary
This study follows 198 people with symptomatic atrial fibrillation (AF) who decided not to join a larger trial comparing aggressive risk management plus ablation versus ablation alone. Researchers will track their hospital visits, emergency department stays, and AF episodes over time. The goal is to see if these patients have different health outcomes and quality of life compared to those who joined the main trial.
