Summary
This study looks back at medical records of 100 children with a rare genetic condition called RASopathy that causes severe heart thickening and heart failure. The goal is to collect detailed health and genetic information to create a comparison group for future drug trials. No new treatments are tested here, but the data will help researchers design better studies for new targeted therapies.
