Summary

This study compares a 1-week radiation schedule to a standard 6-8 week schedule for relieving pain in people with advanced cervical cancer that cannot be cured. The goal is to see if the shorter treatment provides faster and effective pain relief. About 230 participants will be enrolled, and pain levels will be tracked for up to 12 months.
